[PLUG] Low Download Speeds with Deluge Bittorrent Client

Hi,
I have just recently started using the Deluge Bittorrent client.But I get
very poor speeds even for healthy torrents.I have tried
everything.Hasanybody had a similar experience?Can anybody tell me
what could possibly be
wrong?

P.S : At the same time the normal bittorrent client gives greats speeds.
