[PLUG] About changing permission to file/folder

Hello,

I am using Fedora Core 6 from last 2 months. First time I had changed
read/write/execute permission of other user account. But few days ago
the permission automatically changed and when I try change , it's
ineffective. I used Google but nothing got right for solve my problem.
If anyone know about, Please reply me.
