[PLUG] problem with mozilla firefox

hi

i have mdk 2007 ,by default i ave firefox 1.5 i want to install te new
version 2....

now here is the prob

do anything i am not able to install it

[root at localhost firefox]# ./firefox
./firefox-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

[root at localhost firefox]# ./firefox-bin
./firefox-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libmozjs.so: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

what i did was i dwnl firefox from the official site,untarred it and firring
commands on the folder named firefox which is there on /home

I really did not understand the prob as i used to use mandrake 10.1 and did
the same things and it used to work,so whats the exact prob
anybody.....plz
