[PLUG] Port Forwarding

I have a hathway connection and a Scientific Atlanta
Webstar DPC2100.. It seems hathway has blocked the
router's web interface so that users cannot set up
port forwarding.. Does anyone know a way to get around
this? Coz im getting really low speeds on torrents..
