Since the notion of the mashup is the formation of ad-hoc teams with a
defined purpose, some of the mashups might actually derive from
upstream/existing licensed works and thus be comfortably placed about
which license to choose. For the ones that are new mashups (which is
perhaps orthogonal to the entire concept of being "mashed" I guess) the
license question would perhaps be relevant.
