[PLUG] CVS question

Hi,

There is no native windows command for cvs.

There are two ways to get the CVS CLI on windows.
1. Install CYGWIN withe the cvs package
2. use CVSNT it comes with WINCVS and provides cvs CLI,
probably you can install CVSNT without WINCVS, haven't tried myself.
