[PLUG] unicode handling in kmail Vs. kontact...

[म.हा.सा.ग.र]

while kmail, when launched outside kontact,  now looks to be handling
unicode characters correctly while kontact still has a *dancing*
status bar when kmail is used from within it.

i do not know how to report this problem but those who use unicode
maybe able to experience this in kontact...

kmail had this problem initially .. but not anymore...
