[PLUG] Interactive web site

I am trying to create an interactive web site where in customer can fire a 
query on the web and generate report for download or printing.
Can some one indicate what   software -set ( My Sql +Php is what I guess) is 
available readily  for this kind of work under foss?
 Alternately if any pluggie is willing to help set this up.
