[PLUG] Software Freedom Day on 19th September

Hello all,
          Following are points which we had discuss for "Software
Freedom Day" at PLUG meeting.
These are just points, base on further discussion we have to organize SFD event.
The main idea  was to have decentralized event. So more people should
come forward and should organize event at desired place/location.
Interested people should add / remove activities.
