[PLUG] Ubuntu 10.04 Upgrade Problem

hey,

try these things

go to synaptic package manager-settings-repository

check all boxes from "Downloadable from internet"
Download from "main server'

go to "other software" tab
click all checkboxes

go to "updates"-release update-
select "normal updates"

close the window
click on reload

& then try upgrade manager or sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
