[PLUG] Can I get these Linux capabilities on Android?

I could not find z-root in playstore. Is there anything equivalent
available?

I don't have Windows. So most of the methods I find on the web are of no
use to me to root the device. There are a few articles on how to do it on
Linux, though I find them to be complex - as compared to any method that
roots from the phone itself.
