Lenovo has some free-DOS options available. It has also has good linux
support. But these could be bulky/heavy machines.

Lenovo Thinkpad is even better (Rock Solid) but they charge premium for
"Thinkpad brand". Most likely they don't have free-DOS option, but you can
check.
