[PLUG] Good Linux Laptops

Hi,
I was looking for good _linux only_ laptop i.e. laptop with no 
pre-installed windows, free DOS or any non-paid OS is ok, I will install 
linux on my own.

I loved this thing from system76:

But its shipping cost goes around 12000 INR + import duties, so not 
practical.

Does anybody know any good sub available in pune? (If touchscreen 
support is there, I am excited)
