Hello,

Please note that Monthly PLUG meeting for Month of September will be held
at 14th September, Saturday at 4pm in SICSR.


 Location: SICSR, Atur Centre, Model Colony, Pune
Room No 704, 7th floor ( room no. may change )

Time: 4:00 pm

  Agenda:

 1) gpg key singing party:
 GNU Privacy Guard (GnuPG or GPG) is a GPL Licensed <
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_General_Public_License> alternative to
the PGP <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pretty_Good_Privacy> suite of
cryptographic <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptography> software. GnuPG
is compliant with RFC 4880 <https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4880>, which is
the current IETF <
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Engineering_Task_Force> standards
track specification of OpenPGP <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenPGP>.
Current versions of PGP (and Veridis' Filecrypt) are interoperable <
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interoperability> with GnuPG and other
OpenPGP-compliant systems.

 2) QA session.
You can discuss about on going efforts at different places /levels
for popularization of FOSS. Share your experience about it.

You can discuss about conducting some program based on FOSS technology
at your college/ place.

You can share your experiences about new Distributions, hardware
compatibility issues etc.

One  can exchange CDs, DVDs of new versions.

All are welcome to attend the meeting.
There is no fee to attend the meeting.
